The Pakistan cricket team has balanced its intense series against South Africa with moments of relaxation and exploration in the picturesque landscapes of Cape Town.

Amidst the exciting matches, the players made a point of taking time off the field to cool off and relax.

Babar Azam, Haris Rauf, Mohammad Hasnain and Shaheen Afridi were among the players who enjoyed Cape Town’s stunning sights.

The star trio was spotted together at several iconic locations, with Babar sharing photos on his social media.

The former captain captioned the photos, “Brothers in Spirit,” giving fans a glimpse of the strong camaraderie within the team.

Meanwhile, pacer Mohammad Hasnain shared a serene video of his walk along the beach, accompanied by the caption: “Happiness comes in waves”, reflecting the peaceful atmosphere of the coastal city.

It is pertinent to mention that Pakistan are currently leading the three-match ODI series 2-0 after defeating South Africa by 81 runs in the second match.

Chasing 330, South Africa were bowled out for 248, with Heinrich Klaasen scoring 97. Shaheen Shah Afridi was the best bowler with 4/47, supported by 3/37 from Naseem Shah.

Pakistan’s innings started poorly with Abdullah Shafique’s duck, but Babar Azam (52) and Mohammad Rizwan (54) shared a 115-run partnership, helping Pakistan recover.

Babar scored 73 off 95 deliveries with the help of seven fours. Rizwan remained Pakistan’s top scorer with 82-ball 80s, laced with 10 boundaries, including three sixes.

Coming out to bat at No. 6, Kamran took the reins of Pakistan’s batting expedition with a bang.

The right-hand batsman hit four fours and five sixes on his way to a 32-ball 63.

This series marks Mohammad Rizwan’s third consecutive ODI series victory as captain of Pakistan.

He won his first assignment against Australia in November, where the Men in Green won the series 2–1, marking their first series win on Australian soil since 2002.

After that, Pakistan won the three-match ODI series against Zimbabwe 2–1.

The third and final ODI between the Men in Green and the Proteas will take place in Johannesburg on Sunday.
